Our Eva is becoming Bat Mitzvah. It is a really important milestone for her and a proud moment for us.

The ceremony
Eva’s Bat Mitzvah will occur during Shabbat morning services at our congregation, Temple Israel of Sharon.
The service begins at 9 am. Portions will be led by community members and clergy. You may choose to follow the service with the prayer books (siddurs) in the seat backs, which include English, Hebrew, and transliterated passages (preserving the pronunciation).
Eva’s portion will begin at approximately 10:15. The service will conclude at approximately 12:30, immediately followed by Kiddush lunch. Lunch on Shabbat is open to the community, including temple members, visitors, and of course all guests for Eva’s bat mitzvah!
The party
We will regather on Sunday for a lively party with food, music, and dancing, beginning at 11 am and continuing until 3.
